Job description

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across our enterprise environment. This role combines deep platform expertise with strong architectural thinking, enabling the organization to leverage Salesforce for operational excellence, automation, and long-term strategic growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading technical Salesforce initiatives, architecting end-to-end solutions, and mentoring development teams while working closely with cross-functional business partners.

Requirements

Hands-on architecture and development experience.
Understanding of Agent Force and Experience Cloud.
Integration and automation experience.
Creative thinking, curiosity, teamwork, follows Salesforce industry trends and best practices, * 5-10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, automation, and governor limits.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor technical teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
