Key Projects & Technical Focus Work may rotate between initiatives, but current strategic priorities include the Digital Associate Experience, which powers daily workflows for bank associates. Key goals include:
- Understanding and improving how banking associates work
- Streamlining workflows that currently span 25+ systems into a unified "single pane of glass" experience
- Supporting lending and leasing use cases
- Enhancing Customer 360 capabilities-providing a holistic view of customer relationships, loans, and leases
Requirements
This role is best suited for a engineer with 6+ years of strong full-stack experience who can operate at a lead level from a technical standpoint. While people management responsibilities sit with full-time staff, this role is expected to:
- Influence architecture and technical decisions, Top Must-Haves:
- React
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- Need database experience
- Infrastructure knowledge with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- React with Material UI (or comparable component frameworks)
Core Technical Requirements:
- Strong full-stack experience (HTML, CSS, Node.js)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- AWS tools and services
- Windows PowerShell
- Database experience
- Bachelor's degree required
Note: Candidates who are weaker in Material UI may still be considered if they are strong in other areas-especially Node.js.

- AWS certifications
- Prior experience working in banking or financial services

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Greenwood Village, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
