Full Stack Developer

• Develop and maintain Full Stack solutions across:
• UI, APIs, Databases (developer-level tasks)
• Design and develop reusable components, APIs, UI elements, and mock stubs to support MVP user stories
• Support backlog creation, story mapping, and prioritization
• Participate in technical design and solutioning discussions
• Utilize Agile methodology and maintain work status using Jira
• Work within XP and paired programming models, practicing TDD
• Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Conduct performance analysis, capacity management, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems
• Deliver assigned tasks with high quality and provide knowledge transfer through daily pairing
• Mentor junior developers and support team members with troubleshooting
• Turn complex ideas into manageable, executable work items
• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and architecture layers
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to join a fast-paced, agile team supporting software modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong backend expertise, solid frontend experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams., * 8-12 years of hands-on Full Stack development experience

Strong backend development expertise in:

• C#, Entity Framework, SQL, Web API / RESTful services
• Web services and 3rd-party API integrations
• Experience using API testing and debugging tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Fiddler
• Working knowledge of Git or other version-control systems
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps in production environments
• Solid understanding of design principles and secure coding practices

Frontend & Secondary Skills:

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks:
• Angular (9+), React, Ember.js
• Oracle Database experience
• Knowledge of SQL tuning, indexing, and query cost optimization, * Ability to understand future-state architecture and provide technical direction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed in hybrid settings, * Backend: C#, Entity Framework
