Job description
At Intelliforce, we build mission software that closes operational gaps, not software that sits on a roadmap forever. In this role, you will support the RECON team within CNO by designing and delivering technical solutions with immediate mission impact. You will work across product teams, systems, and technology stacks to build prototypes, improve existing capabilities, and create new tools that strengthen infrastructure cognizance. This is a strong fit for an engineer who likes fast feedback, direct customer interaction, and building software that gets used.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role gives you broad technical ownership and a direct line to the mission. You will work with mission stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate quickly, and turn ideas into deployable solutions. The work spans user interfaces, backend services, automation, and full lifecycle delivery, so you are not boxed into one lane. You will help shape workflows, build visualizations, and create practical tools that improve how teams operate.
At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your input matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another full stack role. It is a chance to build solutions that matter in real time.
