Requirements

This role is ideal for a senior Data Engineer with strong production support experience, combining Unix expertise and Python skills to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain data systems in a high-availability environment. Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience with Unix/Linux & Shell scripting
  • Proficiency in Python (pip, conda, dependency management)
  • Hands-on production support & troubleshooting (logs, services)
  • Experience with Autosys job scheduling
  • Knowledge of databases (Oracle and/or MongoDB)
  • Understanding of Jupyter notebooks
  • Familiarity with SMTP, load balancers, DNS, and certificates
