Data Operations Analyst

This job is responsible improving organizational efficiency by analyzing data, processes, and systems. The scope of this job includes creating clear and concise documentation, as well as surfacing relevant insights to business stakeholders., * Collect, organize, and perform basic analysis of data from various sources to identify trends and support decision-making processes.

• Assist in evaluating existing operational processes by providing data and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Consult with different departments to gather data and provide support for understanding operational challenges.
• Document operational processes, workflows, and improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization.
• Perform audits of provider databases in Excel to ensure compliance with operational processes
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience conducting data analysis and evaluating data sets in Microsoft Excel
• Self-starter and organizer with high energy and drive to meet the needs of a demanding operational landscape
• Strong initiative to understand data elements and how they may interact in our solutions, systems, and processes
• Experience using Salesforce
• Interest and/or background in the healthcare industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
