It's an exciting time to join us!, The Technical Analyst II is responsible for delivering superior services acting as a liaison between the line of business and IT with a focus on end user experience such as user interfacing, user flow, data flow, and/or other UI/UX strategies. Defining and performing analysis, design, programming, planning, implementation, and supporting moderate to complex systems software and procedures with a focus on our long term technology road map which require technical and systems knowledge. Manages plans, organizes, and controls projects which have an organizational impact as well as provides day-to-day support for complex applications systems. Team Culture

  • You will write business requirements and document customer needs and expectations for simple projects.
  • You will analyze, design, plan, test, and deploy simple to complex systems software and programs. This includes researching and defining problem functions involving existing systems and programs, developing input and output requirements and recommending appropriate design to meet those requirements.
  • You will provide business process modeling and project estimates for simple projects and system enhancements.
  • You will provide day-to-day support for the operation of complex application systems developing complex test plans and scenarios and designing and conducting program and integrated system tests.
  • You will train user personnel on new or modified systems by preparing training materials and conducting training one-on-one or in a classroom setting.
  • You will design, document and provide reports through the use of report writers or through coordination with service providers.
  • You will have general technical understanding of single application data flows across multiple applications, software and system integrations, RDBMA principles, tiered environments, Cloud environments, and project management skills.

Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of (a/an) Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field of study and / or 3-5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Tiered environments (e.g. development, testing, UAT, production, DR)

  • IT and IS standards and concepts
  • Banking and payments industry and processes
  • Solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to provide resolution to problems of a moderate complexity.
