We need a marketing technology professional who thinks like an engineer, analyzes like a data scientist, and strategizes like a customer experience expert. This role combines deep technical HubSpot expertise with AI innovation to build scalable marketing systems that drive real business results. You'll be the architect of our marketing technology stack, turning data into insights and insights into automated growth, while handling the daily technical tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
HubSpot Management
- Build and maintain email campaigns, workflows, and landing pages
- Create contact segments and manage list hygiene
- Troubleshoot automation issues and provide user support
- Update templates, forms, and campaign assets
- Handle manual tasks when automations need fixes
- Own proactive database accuracy and enrichment
- Utilize HubSpot features to enhance our marketing ecosystem
- Build and create email templates
Data & Analysis
- Create comprehensive performance dashboards
- Pull reports and analyze campaign performance
- Identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Transform customer data into detailed personas and behavioral insights
AI Tool Implementation
- Research, test, and implement new marketing AI tools and platforms
- Set up integrations and automated processes
- Train team members on new systems
- Recommend tools that improve efficiency
Requirements
You have 5+ years of marketing operations experience with expert-level HubSpot skills. You're naturally curious about emerging technologies, think proactively about process improvements, and enjoy both strategic planning and tactical execution., * Advanced HubSpot experience with complex workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Data analysis experience in HubSpot and excel
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- HTML/CSS a plus
