Job description
We are seeking a IT Administrator to support day-to-day IT operations and ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology environment. This role will provide hands-on technical support, assist with system maintenance, and help manage hardware, software, and network resources during the contract period., * Provide technical support to end users (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in accordance with company policies
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Assist with network administration, including basic configuration and connectivity troubleshooting
- Support software deployments, updates, and patch management
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support logs
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and assist with basic cybersecurity measures

Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support or systems administration role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS , Linux environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and communicate solutions clearly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, collaborative environment
- May require occasional after-hours support depending on business needs
