Oracle Technical Architect, Mgr

Description We are looking for an Oracle Technical Architect Manager to lead and oversee critical technical projects in Hammonton, New Jersey. This role involves driving the design, development, and integration of Oracle Cloud solutions while fostering collaboration within the team and with clients. Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, deployment, and ongoing application support.

• Design and implement integration architectures for cloud and hybrid environments to address complex technical challenges.

• Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud components such as Integrations, Adapters, Visual Builder, B2B, Business Insights, and Process Cloud to deliver effective solutions.

• Create detailed technical specifications and integration strategy documents to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Develop technical designs for integrations between systems using Oracle PaaS and related technologies.

• Oversee team performance, providing mentorship, conducting appraisals, and fostering a positive team culture.

• Collaborate with clients to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional experiences.

• Participate in the preparation of client proposals and contribute to strategies for winning new business.

• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud trends and advancements, incorporating them into project solutions.

• Ensure integration security and compliance with Oracle offerings and standards. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in detail-oriented services, with a focus on Oracle solutions.

• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud components and technologies.

• Strong understanding of integration security protocols and standards.

• Leadership experience, including team supervision, mentoring, and performance management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.

• Ability to effectively communicate technical challenges and risks to stakeholders, including executives.

• Preferred certification in Oracle Integration Cloud or similar technologies.
