SAP FICO Implementation Lead

Insight Global is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to join a global steel manufacturing and metals fabrication organization, as part of the ERP implementation organization supporting a major enterprise-wide SAP transformation. In this role, you will serve as the functional lead within the FICO workstream for an ECC to SAP S/4HANA implementation, where approximately 85 percent of the environment is currently operating on ECC across an international footprint, with a planned go-live in December. You will partner closely with the solution architect and cross-functional teams to ensure a successful conversion.

This individual will not act as the primary architect but must be comfortable providing architectural input, design recommendations, and best-practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Travel will be required approximately one week per month to project sites across Texas, with additional flexibility during testing cycles that may require on-site presence in Irving for two to three consecutive weeks at a time.

Experience with a large enterprise SAP S4/ Hana implementation

-Experience leading an SAP FICO (general ledger, AP/AR, Treasury) implementation

-Experience providing architectural input

-Should have worked with product costing project systems

-Willing to travel within Texas as needed and work in Irving at least 1 week per month

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Prior experience in brownfield specific implementations
