Job description
UST is looking for a motivated Developer - Data & Analytics with 2+ years of experience to support the development and maintenance of data pipelines, analytics solutions, and business intelligence platforms.
The opportunity:

Develop, enhance, and support ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.

Write and optimize SQL and Python code for data processing and analysis.

Work with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure Databricks, GCP, and BigQuery.

Support development and validation of analytics and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI.

Assist in data quality checks, reconciliation, and basic troubleshooting across pipelines.

Work with Git for code versioning and collaborative development.

Use Excel for data analysis, validation, and ad-hoc reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions.

Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python.

Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, GCP, and BigQuery.

Understanding of ETL pipelines and data processing workflows.

Exposure to Tableau and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.

Familiarity with MCP Servers and enterprise data environments.

Experience using Git for source control.

Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and validation.

Secondary Skills:

Basic understanding of A/B Testing and Hypothesis Testing concepts.

Exposure to Kafka and streaming data pipelines.
-
Awareness of DAG-based workflows and orchestration tools.

Experience or knowledge of API integration and data exchange mechanisms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with cloud-based analytics or data platforms.

UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines.
