Job description

  • Oversees the development of dashboards and financial models.
  • Builds hypotheses, identifies research data attributes and determines best approach to address business issues.
  • Works with business partners to identify and scope new opportunities for reporting and analysis applications to evaluate business performance and to support business decisions.
  • Keeps abreast of significant developments within the industry and develops strategies that allow the company to take advantage of those opportunities.
  • Incorporates findings and provides industry and competitor insights as part of the analysis and model development and enhancement.
  • Responsible for communication and delivery of reporting and model results to business partners, supporting socialization and adoption of analysis results into business activities and decisions.
  • Creates a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion. Works with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development.
  • Leads with influence and expertise. Actively contributes to division or department leadership team. Communicates and supports organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
  • May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience., * Demonstrated experience communicating business implications of data relationships and results of financial models to multiple business partners., * Experience supporting technical modernization efforts (e.g., data and reporting capability evolution, platform transitions, moving data to the cloud).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple systems and business areas.
  • Strong project leadership skills, including managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and delivery risks.
  • Proven strength as a business-technology connector, translating needs into actionable plans in partnership with IT and stakeholders.
  • Ability to improve consistency and transparency in data delivery through shared standards, reusable approaches, and reduced duplication.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics concepts, including evaluating emerging capabilities and shaping a pragmatic, phased roadmap.

  • Demonstrated experience in public speaking and use of appropriate presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading large complex projects related to analytics.

  • In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110
