You will:

  • Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
  • Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements

We are seeking a talented Adobe CJA Developer - Experience Staff / Senior to join our dynamic Marketing Transformation team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to design, develop, and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, experience with Adobe CJA, and a passion for delivering actionable insights to clients., * Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree); Master's degree preferred.

  • Typically, 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
  • Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • A valid passport and US driver's license; willingness and ability to travel as needed.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
