Software Engineer

Conquer AI is hiring an Intelligence Architect to help us design and deliver real-world AI systems for enterprise clients.

This is not a research-only role, and it is not a strategy-only role.

We are looking for a strong software engineer who can work directly with clients, run technical discovery, shape use cases, and then build the solution from POC through MVP and Phase 1 delivery.

Think forward deployed engineer. A hands-on builder who can sit with business stakeholders, understand how work actually happens, and turn that into practical AI systems., * Work closely with clients to uncover high-value AI opportunities

• Lead discovery sessions and translate business problems into technical solutions
• Build POCs, MVPs, and early production systems
• Design workflows that combine retrieval, reasoning, automation, and human-in-the-loop review
• Operate as a trusted technical lead across both client-facing and delivery work
• Help ensure what gets built is usable, scalable, and grounded in real workflows

• Strong software engineering background
• Experience with RAG, LLMs, machine learning, and AI application development
• Strong hands-on skills in Python and Node.js
• Ability to design, build, and deploy production-ready systems
• Confident working directly with clients and cross-functional stakeholders
• Able to move from problem definition to technical architecture to delivery
• Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills, * You are a builder first
• You can speak to executives, operators, and engineers without losing the thread
• You enjoy solving messy workflow problems with elegant technical systems
• You want to work on high-impact AI delivery, not internal experiments
