Data Architect

• Lead data framework design, data modeling, structuring, governance, and sustainability approach aligned to non-technical users
• Develop and maintain data models to represent the organization's information architecture
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and normalization across databases
• Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure optimal responsiveness and efficiency
• Identify and address bottlenecks, database tuning, and optimization opportunities
• Implement and enforce data security policies to safeguard sensitive information
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data management
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team on database-related issues
• Collaborate with the team to generate technical documentation including development planning, technical architecture, software testing, and deployment process, 1. 8. Travel will be required to Arlington, VA and Paris, France. You must possess a current U.S. passport

• Five (5) or more years of experience in data architecture or data management
• Five (5) or more years of experience with structuring fragmented data environments
• Five (5) or more years of experience with the Microsoft data ecosystem (e.g. SharePoint, Azure, and Power BI)
• Five (5) or more years of experience utilizing data governance practices
