Job description

We are seeking a Palantir Senior Developer to join our Data & AI practice and help deliver transformative client solutions using Palantir Foundry. You will play a lead technical role, designing and building robust data pipelines, Ontology models, and end-user applications. You will guide junior team members, work closely with architects and client stakeholders, and ensure quality, scalability, and performance across projects Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Design and implement data pipelines, Ontology structures, and Foundry applications (Workshop, Contour, Quiver). Develop automated workflows, transformation logic, and integration with upstream/downstream systems. Apply GenAI/LLM techniques and Palantir's AI/ML features to create intelligent, scalable solutions. Mentor and review work of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality. Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine requirements and deliver secure, performant solutions. Support production deployments, monitoring, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience in Ontology, Workshop, Contour, Quiver, data modeling, and pipeline design. Strong Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark capabilities. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, etc.). Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and modern data engineering frameworks. Solid understanding of data governance, lineage, and security (RBAC, encryption). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead small pods of developers. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years in data engineering, including 1-3 years in Palantir Foundry delivery. Palantir certifications or cloud certifications are a strong plus. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead small pods of developers.
