Job description
We are seeking an experienced Support Technician to provide back-end support for a Safety Incident Management System (Cority) used across multiple enterprise functions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with enterprise systems, data operations, reporting, and user administration. This is a remote, part-time opportunity focused on maintaining system integrity, accuracy, and performance for safety and compliance workflows. * Day to Day Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing back-end support for the Cority system (Safety Incident Management + other enterprise modules).
- Perform administrative tasks, including system maintenance and updates.
- Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and permissions.
- Review, create, and optimize system workflows.
- Conduct regular quality control checks, data validation, and root-cause troubleshooting.
- Use Cority's built-in BI/report writer to create dashboards and custom reporting.
- Support compliance and safety reporting, including ISO metrics.
- Perform data manipulation using Excel, Access, or similar tools (e.g., 12?month rolling averages).
- Provide data retrieval and reporting support for internal teams.
- Develop user documentation, job aids, and admin guides as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have: Extensive experience supporting enterprise?level systems, strong reporting and data analysis skills, and deep familiarity with Cority or similar safety management platforms. * Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including workflow management, user administration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency with report?writing tools connected to back?end databases, delivering accurate and meaningful data outputs.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, including calculations, data validation, and complex reporting.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise databases and cloud-based systems, including data retrieval and responding to customer data requests., + Experience working with the Cority GX2 platform or similar safety/incident management systems.
- Background in advanced or escalated technical support within enterprise environments.
- Ability to create job aids, user guides, and administrative documentation for system users.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and BI tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy.
Benefits & conditions
Pay Range*: $28 - $32 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
