Senior Machine Learning Engineer

• Design and deploy machine learning models that move from prototype to production with defined performance benchmarks.
• Architect ML solutions that support large-scale data ingestion, transformation, storage, and low-latency retrieval.
• Build and maintain production-ready ML and AI process automation pipelines.
• Optimize model performance across speed, accuracy, and resource utilization.
• Contribute to end-to-end feature development within the broader software platform.
• Write testable, maintainable Python code with version control and peer review.
• Develop and support NLP-based applications that improve data extraction and semantic analysis.
• Stay current with open-source ML frameworks and apply updates where they provide measurable value.
• Work collaboratively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced engineering environment.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing machine learning models, ie; multimodal, recommender systems, RecSys, Agentic.
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML systems in production environments
• Advanced proficiency in Python, PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with NLP algorithms and text-based modeling techniques.
• Experience working with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control workflows.
• Experience working with data-driven analytics systems.
