Job description

Full-time remote Remote position for a Salesforce Administrator & Software Support Specialist at a high-growth U.S.-based equipment financing startup aiming to be the largest small business equipment lender nationally. The role involves managing and optimizing Salesforce for various business functions, supporting internal software, providing user training, and collaborating with leadership to implement scalable solutions. Candidates should have 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience, relevant industry knowledge, and a Salesforce Administrator certification. Strongly prefer experience in finance industry and Salesforce loan origination systems., Salesforce Administration

  • Own and administer Salesforce end-to-end, including users, roles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Customize and enhance Salesforce to support equipment financing workflows, pipeline management, credit operations, and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and scalability as the business grows.
  • Partner directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
  • Manage Salesforce releases, testing, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.

Software & Application Support

  • Provide Tier 1-2 support for Salesforce and other key internal software platforms.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely solutions.
  • Document systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Support user onboarding and training.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience in equipment financing, lending, fintech, or financial services preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, automation, reporting, and data management.
  • Comfortable in a startup or high-growth environment.

Benefits & conditions

Compensation includes a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000, full benefit package with a company committed to equal opportunity employment., * Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually
