We are seeking experienced Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) with strong Core Java expertise to design, build, and maintain robust automated testing solutions across UI, API, and backend systems., Test Automation & Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain Javabased automation frameworks for:

• UI testing
• API testing
• Backend and datalayer validation

• Apply Core Java and OOP principles to build clean, reusable, and maintainable test code
• Prepare, execute, and maintain test cases based on user stories and business requirements
• Construct endtoend test scenarios aligned with business workflows and objectives

API, Database & Backend Testing

• Perform API testing using Javabased frameworks (e.g., REST automation libraries)
• Validate backend functionality using JDBC/JPA
• Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries for data validation
• Work with relational databases such as:

• Oracle
• DB2
• Snowflake

Quality, Risk & Delivery

• Track test execution progress and report risks or issues that may impact timelines
• Document defects thoroughly and drive them to closure
• Maintain process compliance and required documentation
• Align testing practices with risk and control standards, escalating issues appropriately

Collaboration & Product Understanding

• Develop a deep understanding of the product under test
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers
• Communicate test results, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

This is a true engineering role, not manual QA. Successful candidates will demonstrate deep Java programming fundamentals, objectoriented design principles, and the ability to write productionquality automation code that scales with complex enterprise applications., Core Java (MustHave)

• Strong proficiency in Core Java, including:

• Collections Framework
• Exception Handling
• ObjectOriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Streams and Lambda expressions

• Ability to write clean, efficient, productionquality Java code

Automation & Tooling

• Handson experience with Javabased automation frameworks, such as:

• Selenium
• TestNG
• JUnit

• Experience with build and dependency management tools:

• Maven
• Gradle

• Experience with API automation and backend validation
• Strong SQL skills for datadriven testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing enterprisescale applications
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
• Knowledge of riskbased testing and quality metrics
• Experience working in Agile environments
