Job description

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Marketing Web Engineering team, owning and evolving nexthink.com and related digital properties.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and design, where performance, scalability, and user experience directly impact pipeline generation and brand perception. You'll play a key role in building fast, accessible, and SEO-optimized web experiences using modern technologies like React, Next.js, and GraphQL.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Design to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Build and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and GraphQL
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Design and implement backend services and APIs with a focus on reliability and performance
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor peers to elevate engineering standards
  • Collaborate closely with UX to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences
  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and SEO
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring a seamless digital experience
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and bring forward innovative ideas

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role) in a modern web environment
  • Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and GraphQL
  • Experience building backend services with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks
  • Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with Hygraph, Vercel, or similar headless CMS and hosting platforms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience with analytics tools, A/B testing, and marketing integrations
