Job description

  • Define and lead design strategy for large-scale, multi-platform initiatives aligned with business and user needs
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers, ensuring consistent design quality and growth
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive user-centered decisions
  • Lead the design of complex, omnichannel user journeys across platforms and devices
  • Establish and enforce design standards, interaction patterns, and governance practices
  • Oversee creation of high-fidelity prototypes and support validation through user research
  • Partner with internal teams to evolve and scale the design system
  • Manage multiple design initiatives while maintaining high attention to detail and consistency

Requirements

The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise, along with the ability to lead teams, collaborate across functions, and align user experience with business goals., * Bachelor's degree in HCI, Information Design, Communications, Computer Systems, Visual Design, or related field

  • 6 10+ years of UI/UX design experience
  • 3+ years in a senior or lead design role

Core Experience:

  • Proven experience leading design teams and mentoring designers
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex design work, leadership, and business impact
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Expertise in modern UI/UX tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
  • Experience working across web, mobile, and emerging platforms
  • Strong background in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams
  • Experience in design strategy, roadmap planning, and resource allocation

Technical & Soft Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in UI/UX design and prototyping tools
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, visual systems, and design principles
  • Experience with design systems and scalable design frameworks
  • Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and validation methods
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies across web, iOS, and Android (preferred)

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
