Job description
- Define and lead design strategy for large-scale, multi-platform initiatives aligned with business and user needs
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers, ensuring consistent design quality and growth
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive user-centered decisions
- Lead the design of complex, omnichannel user journeys across platforms and devices
- Establish and enforce design standards, interaction patterns, and governance practices
- Oversee creation of high-fidelity prototypes and support validation through user research
- Partner with internal teams to evolve and scale the design system
- Manage multiple design initiatives while maintaining high attention to detail and consistency
Requirements
The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise, along with the ability to lead teams, collaborate across functions, and align user experience with business goals., * Bachelor's degree in HCI, Information Design, Communications, Computer Systems, Visual Design, or related field
- 6 10+ years of UI/UX design experience
- 3+ years in a senior or lead design role
Core Experience:
- Proven experience leading design teams and mentoring designers
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex design work, leadership, and business impact
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Expertise in modern UI/UX tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Experience working across web, mobile, and emerging platforms
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and research teams
- Experience in design strategy, roadmap planning, and resource allocation
Technical & Soft Skills
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in UI/UX design and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual systems, and design principles
- Experience with design systems and scalable design frameworks
- Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and validation methods
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies across web, iOS, and Android (preferred)

- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
