Job description
Seeking an experienced AEM Solution Architect to assess the Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service implementation and define a sustainable long-term support model for the implementation of pa.gov., The AEM Solution Architect partners with leadership, engineering, operations, procurement, and the current technical vendor to evaluate the platform's current state and shape its future. Lead architecture and solution design for AEM tools, including AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and others., * Platform assessment and architecture review

Requirements
This role requires deep AEM expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both executive and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities include guiding development teams on security, performance, code review, standards, and governance strategies., * 8-10 years in enterprise content management or digital platform architecture
- Deep Adobe Experience Manager expertise (architecture, implementation, support)
- Strong knowledge of Java, Sling, dispatcher, and front-end integration
- Experience assessing complex, customized enterprise platforms
- Experience with vendor-built systems and transition readiness
- Ability to create technical assessments, support models, and documentation
- Strong written communication for executive audiences
- Experience with tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or Azure DevOps, * Experience transitioning from vendor-led to internal/hybrid support
- Experience in platform governance and customization standards
- Experience in procurement, SOWs, or contractor role definition
- Experience with large public-facing platforms
- Familiarity with AEM Cloud Service, DevOps practices, and deployment strategies
- Understanding of AEM security and accessibility
- Relevant certifications
