Job description

We are seeking a Senior Lead Application Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software applications. This role combines hands-on coding, technical leadership, and team management to build scalable and reliable solutions aligned with business goals., * Lead end-to-end application development (design, development, testing, deployment)

Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Review code and enforce development standards and best practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements
Mentor and guide developers; manage technical deliverables
Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance
Ensure integration with databases, APIs, and third-party services
Drive adoption of modern development practices (CI/CD, Agile, DevOps)
Maintain technical documentation and system architecture diagrams

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
8-12 years of experience in software development
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience with modern frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular, etc.)
Solid understanding of system design, design patterns, and architecture principles
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and leadership skills, * Experience leading development teams or large-scale projects
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to security best practices in application development
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, * Strong leadership with hands-on technical expertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance technical depth with delivery timelines
