You will help lead the effort to foster a mobile-first design culture as we expand Expert AI's capabilities on iOS and Android., Hybrid : Eight days a month we come together in the closest ET/CT local office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. • 10 years of experience working as a Lead UX designer - ideally within an agile environment
• Hands-on experience building mobile web and native apps
• Familiar with principles of Lean Product and Lean UX
• Ability to build trusted relationships and act as a liaison among the UX, product, clinical, and technology teams to ensure standards of excellence are met
• Ability to work with limited guidance and make decisions independently is a must
• Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university (or equivalent) in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communication & Multimedia Design/Media Technology, Information Architecture or related field

Technical Skills

• Experience vibe coding prototypes for quick proof of concepts
• Experience working with design systems and familiar with creating UX patterns
• Experience adhering to WCAG compliance and standards
• Mastered design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of agile software development processes and experience with requirements management and complex projects
• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, * Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly in payer and provider sectors and experience offerings preferred
• Agency experience is highly preferred
• Have a deep understanding of typography, color, layout and motion design principles
• Passionate about design, emerging technologies and problem solving
• Both a self-starter and team-oriented, with a willingness to teach and learn; open to feedback and welcomes constructive criticism
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in distributed, collaborative teams
