Job description
Beyond Technology is hiring a Level 1 Technician who operates both in the field and remotely supporting clients. This role is designed for someone who can handle hands-on installations while also managing basic support tickets, remote troubleshooting, and client communication.
This is a position requiring flexibility. Some days will be spent onsite repairing cable, installing equipment, and solving physical infrastructure issues. Other days will be in-office, handling tickets, assisting users, and supporting ongoing client environments.

Show initiative without waiting for instructions, * Basic IT knowledge (workstations, networking fundamentals)

Ability to troubleshoot common end-user issues independently

Willingness to perform physical work (cabling, installs, climbing, lifting)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Comfortable working in ceilings, attics, and job site environments

Strong communication skills, * CompTIA A+ or similar certification

Experience with structured cabling

Familiarity with Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Cisco or similar networking equipment

Prior MSP or client-facing IT experience
