Lead Cloud Networking Engineer

• Lead design and implementation of cloud networking solutions across Azure and AWS
• Support SD-WAN deployment initiatives within Azure, transitioning toward a multi-cloud model
• Design and implement hub-and-spoke network architectures
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and other automation tools
• Integrate on-premise infrastructure with cloud environments in a hybrid model
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps and infrastructure teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues across cloud and on-prem environments
• Ensure network security, scalability, and performance across platforms

• Strong experience in cloud networking across Azure and AWS environments
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN deployments and hybrid network architectures
• Background integrating on-prem infrastructure with cloud environments
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, * Strong cloud networking experience in Azure and AWS environments
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation
• Experience working in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) networking environments
• Relevant networking certifications (CCIE, CCNP, AWS Advanced Networking, or similar)
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX four days per week

Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Lead Cloud Networking Engineer to support large-scale cloud networking initiatives in a hybrid environment. This role will play a key part in modernizing network architecture across Azure and AWS, with an immediate focus on SD-WAN deployment and cloud transformation efforts. The Lead Cloud Networking Engineer will design, implement, and optimize cloud networking solutions across multi-cloud environments. This individual will lead efforts around SD-WAN deployment, hybrid connectivity, and infrastructure as code, while ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud-based systems.
