Job description
As a key contributor to the BCE team, the Senior Manager will be responsible for leading strategic projects that help the team run effectively. These projects will include supporting business planning, crafting communications to and for Schwab executive leadership, designing high-quality internal and external presentations, managing multiple team-specific programs, and more.

- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years in a communications, strategy or project management role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry and understanding of practice management and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of the RIA and other advisor channels.
- Proven talent to deliver high-quality work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working in SharePoint
- Experience working with Copilot and other AI tools
