Job description

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Cloud Developer to support a major contract. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable cloud solutions across AWS/Azure/GCP while modernizing enterprise systems and driving DevSecOps automation. Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise cloud solutions (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, DaaS). Build reusable, scalable multi-cloud architectures. Implement IaC, CI/CD, and automation using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab. Ensure DevSecOps best practices and integrate security/compliance into pipelines. Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Improve reliability, performance, HA/DR, and cost optimization. Implement cloud-native security controls and support Zero Trust initiatives. Mentor junior developers and advise cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Active Top-Secret clearance required (TS/SCI or CI Poly preferred). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years software/cloud development; 3+ years in a senior cloud role. Strong experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and hybrid/multi-cloud. Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages. Expertise with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes. Strong DevSecOps and secure development experience.

Preferred IAM/IAT Level III certs (CISM, CCSP, CASP, CISSP). Professional cloud certifications (AWS SA-Pro, Azure Architect, GCP Architect). Experience with Zero Trust, serverless, event-driven patterns, and federal compliance (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53).
