Innova Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior SAP Solutions Architect & Manager to lead the evolution of our SAP S/4 HANA ERP ecosystem. This is a high-impact role focused on functional innovation, integration strategy, and scalable development-not infrastructure support. You'll serve as the SAP authority across the organization, translating business needs into powerful, user-centric solutions.
Functional Leadership & Business Process Innovation:
- Architect scalable SAP solutions across SD, MM, FI, and SCM modules
- Drive automation and process optimization across departments
- Translate business requirements into WRICEF objects and Fiori apps
- Lead third-party development projects and ensure functional alignment
SAP Development & Integration:
- Design and deploy custom solutions using ABAP (WRICEF) and SAP Fiori/UI5
- Build and maintain integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex integration challenges
- Ensure seamless data flow across SAP and non-SAP systems
Reporting & Data Intelligence:
- Deliver actionable insights using:
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- SSRS, SSIS, MS SQL
- Tableau, Excel (Power Queries, Pivot Tables)
- SAP Backend Utilities
Support & Security (Limited Scope):
- Partner with SAP HEC and business leads to triage advanced issues
- Assist with key periodic processes (e.g., year-end close)

Requirements
- 7+ years SAP S/4 HANA functional experience
- 10+ years ABAP (WRICEF) and/or Fiori SAP-UI5 development
- Proven track record in ERP strategy and SAP road mapping
- Deep understanding of SD, MM, FI, and SCM modules
Preferred:
- Experience in distribution/multi-warehouse environments
- Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, CPI, and CIG
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud and external reporting tools
- Experience managing third-party development teams

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Rate: $130 - $175K/ year *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
