• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable, effective technical solutions
• Configure, test, and deploy hardware and software to ensure system compatibility and performance
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly
• Monitor system performance, security, and reliability, recommending improvements and staying current on cybersecurity best practices
• Provide hands-on IT support, including user setup, onboarding/offboarding, and resolving day-to-day technical issues

Do you thrive on solving technical challenges while keeping systems and people working at their best?, * Experienced: 2+ years in systems integration, IT infrastructure, or a related role; strong understanding of networking, servers, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems; knowledge of cybersecurity best practices; AI exposure is helpful but not required.
