Java Engineer / Enterprise / Onsite

A well-established, North American enterprise is hiring a Senior Java Software Developer to join its internal technology team at its corporate headquarters in Southeast Wisconsin. This is a full-time role focused on building modern, scalable Java applications using Spring, RESTful services, and microservice architecture within a high-traffic, enterprise environment.

• 7+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot in enterprise environments
• Experience building and consuming RESTful web services
• Solid understanding of SQL and ORM frameworks (JPA / Hibernate)
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Microservices architecture experience
• Exposure to caching and service discovery tools
• Experience with JSON, XML, and SOAP integrations
• Agile / Scrum development experience
• Prior mentorship or technical leadership experience
