Systems Analyst

• Evaluate operational workflows and gather business needs to define effective system-based solutions.

• Create and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting outputs that support daily operations and decision-making.

• Develop Python-based tools and scripts to automate recurring processes, transform data, and support integrations.

• Administer and improve warehouse management system functionality to strengthen inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.

• Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders to uncover process gaps and recommend system enhancements.

• Investigate application and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.

• Produce clear documentation for system behavior, technical configurations, workflows, and support procedures.

Description We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join a contract opportunity with permanent potential in Jacksonville, Florida. This role supports business-critical systems with an emphasis on data analysis, automation, and warehouse operations, while partnering with both technical and operational teams to improve performance and reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in SQL, Python scripting, and warehouse management platforms, along with the ability to turn business needs into practical system solutions., * Assist with testing, validation, and rollout activities for system updates, enhancements, and integrated solutions. Requirements * At least 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst or closely related position.

• Strong SQL skills, including query development, performance tuning, data validation, and reporting.

• Practical experience using Python for automation, scripting, or data processing tasks.

• Hands-on experience supporting warehouse management systems in an operational environment.

• Solid understanding of system integrations, data movement, and business process mapping.

• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills.

• Experience working with ERP platforms, APIs, flat-file integrations, or EDI processes is preferred.

• Background in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
