Job description

We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cradlepoint (LTE/5G, NetCloud) and working knowledge of Cisco and Juniper technologies. The role involves supporting enterprise WAN/SD-WAN environments, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring smooth service delivery., * Provide L2 support for Cradlepoint routers (LTE/5G, NetCloud Manager)

Troubleshoot WAN, cellular, and failover issues (latency, packet loss, jitter)
Support routing/switching (Cisco) and firewall environments (Cisco/Meraki, Juniper SRX)
Handle incident tickets, perform triage, and meet SLA targets
Assist with device onboarding (ZTP) and configuration management
Coordinate with telecom carriers for escalations
