Configuration Development Analyst

• Review and assess requirements submitted through the ServiceNow application, define the scope of requested changes, and obtain approval from the requester.
• Implement requested changes in the Amisys and DST pricing applications according to the submitted requirement.
• Conduct unit testing on configured changes within the Amisys and DST applications to validate pricing accuracy.
• Prepare keying files required to configure pricing changes in the Amisys environment.
• Work closely with the keying team to build, test, and deploy changes into both test and production environments.
• Evaluate requirements to design efficient and reusable configurations, ensuring scalability for future use.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify gaps in current configurations and develop enhancements to improve reliability.
• Fulfil configuration requests within defined SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Expertise in Amisys and Provider Pricing configuration, pricing, fee schedule set up, benefit creation, authorization qualifier set up.
• Able to translate business requirements into system configurations for pricing and benefits
• Able to handle basic level of benefit testing, ARQ testing, contract testing and claims analysis
• Knowledge on claim submissions/billing, pre-adjudication rules, testing requirements
• Experience in performing data analysis using Excel and Golden
• Able to perform root cause analysis with minimal assistance
• Healthcare industry knowledge related to pricing and/or benefits
