Requirements

A Salesforce Developer should have a combination of technical, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills to effectively drive roadmap features forward on the Salesforce platform.

Education: This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field of study and / or 3-5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, Sales, or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills: 3+ years programming experience (JavaScript, java, apex, t-sql, soql, bash, etc.)

Technical Skills: working knowledge of source code repos

Technical Skills: working knowledge of clean architecture concepts

Technical Skills: working knowledge of SOLID design principles

Technical Skills: working knowledge data integration patterns (batch or real-time)

Technical Skills: working knowledge of domain driven design concepts and techniques such as ubiquitous languages, bounded contexts, and event storming

Technical skills: 1+ years working with integrations (API, Data Loads, …)

Problem-solving ability: Solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to provide technical solutions to problems of moderate to high complexity.

Communication/Relationships: Enjoy working in teams and across departments to achieve business objectives while building strong relationships to become a trusted advisor and create raving fans.

Adaptability: Willingness to flex to help the team achieve sprint goals.

Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

"This role is a generic Salesforce developer. (nCino not required) So lots of experience with APEX, Lightning web components.

Having development on traditional tech stacks is useful (JavaScript/Java/c#). Our code is 172k lines so experience with large code bases is helpful. Any success stories of removing technical debt or reducing cyclomatic complexity would be a plus. Or having experience developing Salesforce screens with User Experience in mind would be a plus."
