Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Skins Developer with strong expertise in CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and the Duck Creek Author platform to design, customize, and optimize UI/UX components across Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing skins, themes, and UI assets within the Duck Creek ecosystem and a solid understanding of insurance product configuration workflows. This role plays a critical part in delivering a consistent, performant, and user-friendly experience aligned with business and branding requirements. Required Skills + Hands-on experience developing Duck Creek Skins and UI customizations + Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript + Practical experience working with Duck Creek Author for UI configuration + Experience supporting Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and/or Claims applications + Understanding of insurance product configuration workflows + Experience implementing responsive UI designs and ensuring cross-browser compatibility + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve UI defects across environments + Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models Preferred Skills + Experience with multiple Duck Creek modules (Policy, Billing, Claims) + Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards + Experience optimizing front-end performance in enterprise applications + Familiarity with enterprise branding guidelines and design systems + Experience collaborating with functional analysts, architects, and QA
