SAP S/4HANA Specialist (SD/MM) - Charlotte, NC

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on SAP S/4HANA Specialist to support, optimize, and enhance the SAP environment that powers its U.S. operations.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth site during a major expansion phase. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure SAP runs effectively across production, logistics, engineering, procurement, and finance.

• Support first- and second-level tickets related to SAP S/4HANA logistics modules, primarily SD and MM
• Partner with key users and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical SAP solutions
• Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation for enhancements and customization changes
• Support master data maintenance, upgrades, patches, and ongoing system improvements
• Work closely with internal teams and external SAP resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP enhancements that improve efficiency and accuracy
• Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Support custom development and troubleshooting using ABAP, and contribute to front-end improvements using Fiori

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with strong focus in SD and MM
• Experience supporting SAP users in a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment
• Working knowledge of ABAP debugging
• Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, OData services, SAPUI5, JavaScript, and HTML
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integrations with third-party systems
• Experience with incident management, change management, testing, and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with PP, WM, or QM
• Experience with project coordination or project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in a manufacturing startup, plant environment, or other high-growth operation
