Job description

AI Platform Administration & Support

  • Administer and support enterprise AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, M365 Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar tools)
  • Manage user provisioning, licensing, roles, and access controls across AI platforms
  • Monitor platform availability, usage, and performance; escalate issues to vendors when needed

Identity, Security & Compliance

  • Work with Identity system administrators to integrate AI tools with enterprise identity providers (SSO)
  • Enforce security policies, data controls, and compliance requirements for AI usage
  • Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure responsible AI adoption
  • Support audits, reviews, and vendor risk assessments related to AI tools

End-User Enablement & Adoption

  • Support onboarding and offboarding of users for AI platforms
  • Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge base articles, tips of the week.
  • Assist with training sessions and enablement programs for business users
  • Act as a first-call and subject-matter expert for AI productivity tools across the organization

Vendor & Platform Management

  • Coordinate with AI vendors for support cases, roadmap updates, and feature releases

  • Track platform updates, feature changes, and deprecations

  • Assist with evaluating new AI tools and pilots

  • Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate IT support tasks and user workflows

  • Improve IT operational processes related to AI application lifecycle management

  • Collect usage metrics and feedback to inform platform improvements

Requirements

  • Technical Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or SaaS application support

  • Strong experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and user account/group administration

  • Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, RBAC, and user lifecycle management

  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)

  • Experience supporting cloud-based applications in an enterprise environment

  • Operational Skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot authentication, access, and application issues

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • AI and SaaS administration certifications (i.e. Google Workspace) are beneficial

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, or responsible AI policies
  • Scripting or automation experience (i.e. PowerShell)
  • Experience supporting legal, finance, or regulated business environments
  • Exposure to prompt management, AI usage analytics, or AI adoption metrics
