Job description
As a certified expert in the Microsoft ecosystem, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing collaboration and productivity solutions for our clients. Your primary focus will be creating and presenting custom development and migrations on the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online, as well as Copilot Studio, integrating key components of the Microsoft 365 roadmap including Microsoft Teams, Graph, Dataverse and the rapidly evolving world of agents. Responsibilities: - Partner with presales to create and present solution proposals to sell services and solutions to new and existing enterprise clients. - Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and other technical team members to analyze, design, develop and deploy successful implementation of custom solutions for clients, focused on enterprise clients using Microsoft 365. - Serve as software architect and developer for Microsoft solutions based on Power Platform/Power Apps and Copilot Studio
Requirements
along with Sharepoint custom development for app creation, migrations, intranets, centers of excellence, and M365 governance and policy assessments. - Proactively stay up-to-date with Microsoft 365 platform and technologies, industry trends, and emerging features on the Modern Work roadmap. - Intellectual and technical curiosity: Must be committed to actively maintaining and acquiring official Microsoft technical certifications year over year to help maintain Solution Provider Partner status and specializations, minimum 1 new certification per year. - Participate in statement of work (SOW) creation, review and revision to ensure clarity and measurability of technical scope and deliverables. - Leverage Microsoft partner content and market offerings as much as possible; attend required Microsoft technical training to maintain partner certification status. Qualification Must Have's: - Microsoft Certifications - must have: either Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (Microsoft PL-200) OR Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (Microsoft PL-600) - 7-10 years of experience in a professional consulting services environment, directly working and presenting with enterprise clients architecting and developing custom solutions with Copilot Studio/Power Platform, SharePoint Online, PowerAutomate/Power Apps. - Experience using and developing with Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio. - Experience implementing an SDLC and ALM in PowerPlatform (co-authoring, GitHub actions.) - Strong expertise in Power Apps development, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Apps portals. - Proficiency with SharePoint development, Microsoft Graph, UI design, Microsoft Entra, and support analytics. - Excellent professional communication skills and executive presence, both written and verbal. Must be comfortable creating and delivering technical presentations to a variety of audiences, including director and VP level. - Proven track record of successful collaboration projects with strong customer service and high customer satisfaction metrics. - Must be self starter, and manage workload effectively and proactively. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related field. Nice to Haves - Microsoft Certifications in related areas- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102), Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) - Experience working for or with a Microsoft solution partner. - Experience with development and automation in Azure and with Entra ID. - Experience integrating and managing Teams Apps and policy.

This is a Permanent position based out of Baltimore, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $148200.00 - $222400.00/yr.
We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
