Job description
We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions. This role requires deep expertise in IdentityIQ architecture, development, and integrations across complex environments., * Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
- Architect and oversee:
- Application onboarding
- Identity lifecycle management
- Access provisioning & governance
- Design and develop:
- Custom workflows
- Rules and policies
- Reports and certification campaigns
- Build and manage custom connectors and integrations with enterprise systems
- Work closely with business and technical teams to define IAM strategy
- Participate in architectural reviews and provide IAM subject matter expertise
- Ensure compliance through access certifications and governance processes
Requirements
- 12-20 years of IT experience with strong IAM background
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Proven experience in:
- End-to-end IIQ implementations
- Architecture and solution design
- Strong expertise in:
- Workflow and rule customization
- Application onboarding & provisioning
- Strong Java / JEE development skills
- Experience with:
- LDAP / Active Directory
- JDBC-based integrations
- Familiarity with authentication protocols:
- SAML, OAuth, Kerberos
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Experience with:
- Azure Active Directory
- ServiceNow integration
- Exposure to HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)
- Knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
