IAM Sr Engineer

• Design, implement and maintain secure, scalable enterprise Identity and Access management across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Administer, Configure CyberArk modules and Safes, Onboarding and lifecycle of privileged accounts and password rotation.
• Administer Users, Manage RBAC and entitlement models, Certification campaigns in SailPoint Identity Now.
• Manage AWS IAM users, groups, roles, and policies , Implement least-privileges access using IAM policies and service control policies.
• Evaluate and implement IAM protocols including SAML, WS-Federation, SWA, SCIM, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience on administrating Active Directory, forests, domains and OU. Manage users, groups, GPO's to enforce security and configuration.
• Exposure on Symantec VIP MFA and F5 load balancer, APM module including SSO, MFA and endpoint inspection. Hands on would be an added advantage.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication and access-related issues across SaaS applications, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for IAM process using Python, Powershell and Bash.
• Ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Stay current with emerging trends, threats and technologies in IAM and Cybersecurity landscape

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IAM engineering or administration.
• Hands-on experience/exposure with CyberArk, SailPoint, AWS IAM, Active Directory, Entra and F5 APM.
• Strong understanding of identity protocols and security standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive collaborative working style.
• Proficiency/Exposure in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
