Job description

We're looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design of an AI-powered system that leverages autonomous agents to create and optimize campaigns, journeys, and personalization workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

What You'll Do

Architect end-to-end AI-driven solutions using agentic frameworks and custom DSLs (JSON/YAML)
Design scalable microservices, APIs, and SFMC integrations (REST/SOAP)
Build secure, cloud-native systems on AWS with strong governance and compliance
Partner with AI/ML, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
Lead POCs, define architecture standards, and guide engineering teams.

Requirements

12+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in architecture roles
Expertise in AI/ML systems, agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.), and DSL design
Strong experience with SFMC (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Data Extensions)
Proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript and cloud-native architectures
