In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop custom ServiceNow applications, portals, and integrations that support enterprise IT service management operations. You will work on an exciting project in a collaborative Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and support secure federal operations., * Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, service portals, and service catalog components

• Build and optimize complex queries and workflows within the ServiceNow platform
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Create request forms and configure ServiceNow modules to support business processes
• Implement security controls including Access Control Lists (ACLs) and role-based access
• Perform front-end development using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS to enhance user experience
• Analyze existing code and functionality to support enhancements and modernization efforts
• Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to deliver solutions across multiple workstreams
• Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, integrations, and development processes

Schedule & Shift Details

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Remote work; support required during East Coast business hours, * Support mission-critical federal IT service management and digital transformation initiatives
• Work with advanced ServiceNow technologies in a secure environment
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to scalable, secure, and high-impact enterprise IT solutions

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Minimum of 10+ years experience with ServiceNow platform development and application design
• Minimum of 10+ years experience with application development and system integration
• Minimum of 10+ years experience with ServiceNow portal development and service catalog configuration
• Minimum of 5+ years experience developing ServiceNow applications, including custom portals and complex queries
• Experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, and implementing security (including Access Control Lists)
• Experience with front-end development using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills

Demonstrated Advanced experience with:

• ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization
• Service portal development and user interface design
• Integration of enterprise systems within secure environments
• Implementation of security controls and access management within ServiceNow
