Job description
Our client has an amazing opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to play a key role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and user?friendly environment while providing onsite support as well as collaborating with the broader global IT team on global initiatives., * Provide daily technical support to onsite and remote users (PCs, phones, conferencing tools).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile devices, headsets, and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft 365 suite, Teams, SharePoint, and business applications.
- Maintain proper documentation, procedures, and inventory (equipment, licenses).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes in coordination with HR and global IT.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi?Fi, switches, firewalls).
- Coordinate with external vendors for telecoms, networking, and hardware maintenance.
- Apply IT security best practices and report incidents or anomalies.
- Support endpoint protection, updates, and compliance checks.
- Work closely with the global IT & Cybersecurity team
- Provide user training on tools and good security practices.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) and endpoint management.
- Understanding of networking basics (VPN, Wi?Fi, switches, firewalls).
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer-service mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Intune, SharePoint administration, PowerShell basics.
- Previous work in a multinational or multi?office environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
