IT Systems Administrator

• ERP Support: Manage and support ERP systems including troubleshooting, enhancements, and user support.
• System Administration: Maintain IT systems, user access, and overall system performance.
• Cloud Management: Support Azure cloud infrastructure including access, security, and backup processes.
• Issue Resolution: Serve as the point of contact for escalated technical issues and provide solutions.
• Infrastructure Projects: Assist with system migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Security and Data Integrity: Monitor system security and ensure accuracy and protection of data across platforms.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or ERP support is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems and enterprise IT environments is required, with SAP experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud, and IT security tools is required.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work across teams are required.
