Job description

We are looking for a highly seasoned MuleSoft AEH Technical Architect with a career spanning over 10 years in the MuleSoft ecosystem. The primary objective is to lead the end-to-end implementation of an automated, self-service API Marketplace using Anypoint Experience Hub (AEH). You will be responsible for transforming our manual, ticket-based API provisioning into a streamlined "App Store" experience for developers., * Architect the migration from manual API requests to a self-service discovery model using AEH.

  • Configure the Experience Hub portal, including custom branding, themes, and developer onboarding workflows.
  • Partner with system owners (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP) to build automated approval triggers via Force.com workflows.
  • Mentor junior developers and define the standards for API documentation and discoverability.

Requirements

  • Tenure: 10+ years of core MuleSoft experience, demonstrating a progression from development to complex integration architecture.

  • AEH Specialization: Successful delivery of at least 2 end-to-end implementations of MuleSoft Anypoint Experience Hub (AEH).

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to lead requirement gathering sessions, influence stakeholders, and clearly articulate technical roadmaps.

  • API Governance: Expert knowledge in defining System, Process, and Experience API layers and enforcing security via OIDC/OAuth2 within a developer portal. Certifications Mandatory: To qualify for this architect-level position, the candidate must possess the following active certifications:

  • MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (MCPA): Demonstrates expertise in defining the platform strategy and designing the over-arching application network.

  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA): Validates the technical ability to drive quality, governance, and the implementation of integration solutions across the enterprise., * Salesforce Integration: Experience with Force.com/Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning) to customize the underlying AEH community and workflow engines.

  • Agentic AI: Familiarity with Agentforce or AI-driven API discovery and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

  • Infrastructure: Experience with MuleSoft Government Cloud or high-availability deployments on Runtime Fabric (RTF).

  • DevOps: Proficiency in MuleSoft Titanium for advanced monitoring and automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
