Job description
- Overall experience of 10+ years in data analysis in an agile working scenario
- Working with data governance team and other business and IT teams, this role is responsible to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Hands on experience using SQL queries in analyzing the complex datasets Familiarity with data governance tools(Informatica, Collibra, any other), data quality tools, and compliance with data privacy laws has an added advantage
- Create and maintain various business intelligence (BI) reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Recommend and implement process improvements based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain appropriate documentation around data governance and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards., * Develop interactive reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to visualize data trends and insights.
- Design and implement data models in Power BI to optimize data analysis and reporting processes.
- Create and maintain sql databases, writing queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (etl) processes.
- Collaborate within teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in Power BI reports and sql databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft Power BI and sql for continuous improvement of solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledge Microsoft Power BI for creating reports, dashboards, and data visualization.
- Understanding of sql for database management, writing complex queries, and performing etl processes.
- Familiarity with optimizing data models and implementing business logic in Power BI.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Power BI and sql.
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data related issues efficiently.
- Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
