Model Based Systems Engineer

• Supporting and leading system architecture development and decomposition using MBSE tools (SysML/Cameo) to define functions, interfaces, and allocations across multiple domains
• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to develop system designs and support technical and program design reviews
• Implementing MBSE within a broader digital engineering ecosystem across the program lifecycle
• Performing systems engineering activities including requirements decomposition, trade studies, system analysis, interface management, and risk management
• Supporting verification, validation, certification planning, and system integration while capturing artifacts within the MBSE model

• 0-5 years of systems or related engineering experience
• Experience with MBSE tools and methodologies, including SysML and Cameo/MSOSA
• Background in systems engineering disciplines such as requirements development, functional decomposition, system design, analysis, verification, and validation
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required; clearance sponsorship available)

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
